This Asian trip covered three locations; Laos, Myanmar and Phonom Penh, Cambodia.  

 

It began in Laos, the capital of Vientiane, After a few days in the city we traveled to the countryside to Lua Prabang the ancient capital. In the nearby forest we visited a Hmong hill tribe. Back in Lau Prabang we rose early one morning to join in alms giving to the local monks. At the end of the trip we attended a baci (good luck) ritual and enjoyed a local performance of Lao classical dance.
