Ferruginous Pygmy Owl

This trip began in Quito, Ecuador & culminated in the Galapagos Islands.  We spent a day of sightseeing in Quito & then crossed the Andes to Cocoa.  It's a small town on the Napo River in the Amazon River watershed.  We spent 3 days at the Yarina Lodge exploring the rain forest region.  We returned to Quito for a short stay and then flew to the Galapagos Islands.  Galapagos is next.
