Cambodia June's AROUND THE WORLD TRIP
I was surprised at the vibrant culture in Cambodia. Due to all the conflicts I thought it would be 'third worldly'. The stores have lots of merchandise and the people are very happy and welcoming to outsiders. Of course, the major site was Angkor Watt Temple (one of the 7 new Wonders of the World). We saw it at sunrise, it was outstanding. Other major sites we saw were Angkor Tom and the Elephant Walls. We also went on an elephant ride!
